ADA Academy Series
The Academy Series consists of trainings designed to provide a basic overview on the major components of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
The first training in the series is Employment and the ADA: an overview of the employment provisions of the ADA (Title I) including the rights of the people with disabilites and the responsibilities of employers. This training will outline the Title I provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act including:
- Employers' Responsibilities under Title I of the ADA
- Persons with Disabilities Rights under Title I of the ADA
- Application Process
- Reasonable Accommodations
- Essential Functions of the Job
The registration fee is $25.00 per person. Please complete the on-line registration form below if you wish to attend a training.
